Fragrant leaved tropical tree native to the Caribbean and Central America. The fruit yields the spice Allspice. Fruit production is doubtful outside of the tropics, but the long glossy green leaves are used in cooking as well with the same flavor as the fruit.
- Light: Full sun to bright indirect light
- Water: Allow soil to mostly dry out between watering’s. Do not allow to sit in water.
- Additionally: Moderate amounts of organic fertilizer needed during active growing. Choose a deep pot for adequate root development.
