Branching out from the clean lines and bright colours that our design work trends towards, we wanted to play with the time honoured “look” of a pot and saucer and found ourselves falling in love with Balter. Using a ceramic pottery base and starting with a neutral tan and white and black and grey colour pallet, we layered on simple but eye catching patterns and carved out textures for a cool, boho chic, beachy vibe. Shipping FAQ's

Question - Why do I get the message "We do not ship to this destination" when trying to check out?

Answer - We don't ship every plant and product variety in store. Some items are too large and some are too sensitive to ship in the mail. You are getting that message because we don't ship one of the products in your order. More than likely there is a plant or pot that is too large to ship.

Question - Is it safe to ship plants?

Answer - We do our best to ship with the proper packing materials to keep the plant(s) in as safe a shipping environment as possible. The majority of the time, plants will ship just fine.

Question - What if I have a problem with my plant upon arrival?

Answer - Email us within 7 days of your plant arriving if you have any significant damage to your plant during shipping. We will ask for some photos to show the damage, and then we can issue a refund. After 7 days, we are not able to issue a refund. Non-plants have up to 30 days for a refund.
