The Canella Tree, also known as the cinnamon plant, is related to the culinary cinnamon we know and love. In fact, bruising the leaves or stems of the Canella Tree can actually produce a faint cinnamon scent. It is characterized by its glossy, oval leaves, and its resilient nature as an indoor houseplant.

  • Water: water when soil is mostly died out. Doesn’t like long periods of completely dry soil.
  • Additionally: A well maintained tree will grow over 10’ tall

Question - Why do I get the message "We do not ship to this destination" when trying to check out?

Answer - We don't ship every plant and product variety in store. Some items are too large and some are too sensitive to ship in the mail. You are getting that message because we don't ship one of the products in your order. More than likely there is a plant or pot that is too large to ship.

Question - Is it safe to ship plants?

Answer - We do our best to ship with the proper packing materials to keep the plant(s) in as safe a shipping environment as possible. The majority of the time, plants will ship just fine.

Question - What if I have a problem with my plant upon arrival?

Answer - Email us within 7 days of your plant arriving if you have any significant damage to your plant during shipping. We will ask for some photos to show the damage, and then we can issue a refund. After 7 days, we are not able to issue a refund. Non-plants have up to 30 days for a refund.
